Biobank India Foundation (BBIF) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2021, dedicated to strengthening biomedical research and healthcare through biobanking consultancy, education and training, biospecimen quality assessment, research collaboration and capacity building.
Through its three core areas — Biobanking, Cancer Care and One Health — BBIF works to promote scientific excellence, improve research capacity, enhance health awareness and address emerging healthcare challenges.

Promoting Quality, Education and Research
BBIF promotes and strengthens biobanking through expert consultancy, support for biobank establishment and development, professional education, training, biospecimen quality assessment and standardization initiatives. CANCER CARE

Through BBIF Cancer Care (BBIFCC), BBIF works to promote cancer awareness, prevention, early detection, patient guidance and community outreach.

Connecting Human, Animal and Environmental Health
Through One Health India Organization (OHIO), a unit of BBIF, we promote One Health education, research, training, antimicrobial resistance awareness and interdisciplinary collaboration to address health challenges across human, animal and environmental sectors.
